Packaging returns

We’re a central city drop-off for reusable packaging return.

Check out below the heroes of reuse who are making reusable packaging a core part of their business model. 

We cannot accept:

❌ packaging from other products other than those listed 

❌ bottles and jars that aren’t rinsed and empty 

❌ broken glass packaging; these should be carefully wrapped up and disposed of in landfill. 

❌ outer packaging such as cardboard boxes and home compostable courier bags should be recycled at home and in kerbside collections 

Gratitude Water Kefir

Drop your solid Gratitude bottles to us, with or without lids  

✔️250ml and 1000ml bottles and metal caps 

✔️ Empty and Rinse Gratitude kefir bottles, with lids separately 

What happens to the bottles that are returned? 

Bottles will be collected to be sanitised and refilled. Any lids returned can’t be reused for food safety reasons but will be recycled.

Solid Oral Care 

Drop you solid oral care jars and bottles to us, with or without lids.  

✔️ Clean empty Solid Oral Care jars and bottles with lids  

✔️ Return 12 jars or bottles – get a free toothpaste. We don’t sell the toothpaste but we can stamp your reward card 😊  

What happens to the bottles that are returned?
