ECO UPCYCLING YOUR WARDROBE!

Are you an upcycler of fashion and looking for new ideas? Or have you seen it before and want to give it a go!

Back by popular demand, Dave Roil is leading another inspiring workshop full of creative ideas for transforming garments, curtains, and other everyday materials into unique, wearable pieces. 

We encourage those that already upcycle clothing to bring in projects and gain fresh ideas. For beginners, the workshop will introduce the basics of upcycling and explore the wide range of materials you can use, such as fabric from our curtain bank, old business jackets, dresses, blankets, or anything else you find in your environment. 

Please bring along an item of clothing you would like to upcycle, if you don't have one, don't worry, there will be affordable fabric options available from our curtain bank fabric area! 

All basic sewing equipment will be supplied, including machines. You're also encouraged to bring along any sewing items you have such as sewing needles, pins, scissors, tape measures etc.
