Our Climate Action Workshops

These are hands-on, DIY workshops which get everyone’s hands dirty and will be held at your school.

They offer hands-on learning, practical skills and make use of recycled materials.

They are between 60 and 90 minutes and cost between $100 to $200 (depending on topics and number of students)

Some of the topics we cover include:

  • Build a compost bin or mini worm farm

  • Build a raised garden bed

  • Learn how to assess your home's energy efficiency

  • Learn about the life cycle of our stuff and our waste

  • Learn how to be an energy conscious consumer

We also do waste audits

  • Get your classroom involved in assessing the school's waste and creating an action plan to reduce the school's environmental impact.
