And we’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of commercial leadership and meaningful impact to join us as our: Head of Commercial & Operations – Sustainable Homes
This is your chance to contribute to a values-driven organisation while bringing strong commercial thinking to a business unit that directly improves people’s lives. You’ll shape and expand our Sustainable Homes offering, lead a high-performing team, strengthen the customer experience, and ensure our services run smoothly from assessment to installation.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll head up our Sustainable Homes division with overall responsibility for its success
Shaping, evolving, and expanding our Sustainable Homes services—turning ideas into real-world impact
Leading and developing our Assessor Team and Trade & Operations Manager
Owning the full sales pipeline from assessment to installation, keeping it smooth, customer-focused, and commercially strong
Maintaining strong relationships with EECA, councils, key partners and developing new business relationships
Keeping revenue and installation targets on track through great planning and clear reporting
Contributing as a key member of our Senior Leadership Team
What you’ll bring
A background in business development, sales, commercial leadership, and operational management
Strong people leadership skills and experience building capability in teams
A track record of delivering growth, improving services, and managing revenue
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Cultural competency and openness to working with people from cultures other than your own including knowledge of—or a willingness to learn about—Te Ao Māori
A passion for sustainability—or a strong desire to learn
Motivation, ambition, resilience, and the ability to keep things moving in a busy environment
