Most of our help is for people and homes within the Wellington region.

Our home advice and product install services are for those living in:

• Wellington City
• Upper Hutt
• Lower Hutt
• Porirua
• Kāpiti Coast, up to and including Waikanae

Our EcoShop is in Wellington city and delivers most items nationwide.

Our free resources are for everyone with internet access.

If you live elsewhere in New Zealand, there might be another organisation that can help:   

• For a list of insulation companies who can help you access the Warm Up New Zealand subsidies, visit the EECA website.
• For a list of environment centres, check out Environment Hubs Aotearoa
• There are other Curtain Banks around New Zealand, so if you’re not in Greater Wellington just google ‘curtain bank [your location]’
