The personal information you supply will be stored securely by Sustainability Trust at 2 Forresters Lane, Te Aro Wellington (or on any offsite Trust-controlled webserver) and will not be used for any other purpose, or passed on to third parties, unless:

• to comply with any legislative obligations

• where third parties provide a client with services on our behalf or assist with delivery of our services

• to anyone authorised by the client to receive it.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
