Smooth, velvety and slightly sweeter than our Pure Dark chocolate this is a perfectly “bittersweet” treat.

Made with love at Sweet Justice, our Trade Aid's fair trade organic factory in Christchurch, New Zealand, using cooperatively farmed cocoa from the Dominican Republic, Ecuador and Peru and golden granulated sugar from Paraguay.  Contains a minimum of 54% cocoa solids.  Gluten-free and suitable for vegans.
