What happens next?
First, we’ll double check that we can supply your property. If we need more information or are unable to supply you, we will contact you.
Unless you've specified a moving-in date or there are any issues, your power will be switched over within 5 working days. Don't worry, your power won't get cut off and you won't notice a change in supply - we'll take care of everything.
Your existing retailer will continue to supply you up until the switch date and will send you a final bill. Please note, any current billing arrangements or special tariffs from your current retailer (things like power shouts, free hours of power, time-of-use) will cease as soon as your current retailer approves the switch. It’s therefore safer to assume that these are not available from now on.
If you have nominated to pay by direct debit, and we have not received your direct debit form by the end of the month, we will send an invoice to your email address. Once we receive your direct debit form we will use this method of payment.
Once we've switched you over, you'll receive a welcome pack from us with more details, including how to book your free in-person Home Energy Check with one of our qualified assessors.
