Facilities and equipment
Our modern venue and kitchen facilities are available for use during your event. They include an oven and stove-top, microwave, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. We're also well set-up for good waste practice - with bins for the worms, compost and recycling.
We can also provide a data projector and screen, PA system, whiteboards, wireless internet, trestle tables and chairs.
Most of the EcoCentre furnishings are on wheels, so the space can be rearranged or cleared out to suit your needs.
You can host up to 200 participants (standing) or 60 participants (seated) at our venue.
Transport and accessibility
We’re located just off Courtenay Place, with most buses stopping nearby. Car parking can be made available for 6 vehicles at an extra cost, and of course we have plenty of free bike parking. Located on the ground floor, we are fully accessible, including bathrooms and kitchen.
Costs and extras
Venue hire is $100 an hour + GST (discounts for not-for-profits and community groups). Extra charges may apply for rubbish and recycling removal, cleaning and equipment hire. We reserve the right for our staff to use their discretion in approving venue bookings.
