Facilities, Accessibility, Transport and Equipment
Our modern venue and kitchen facilities are available for use during your event. They include an oven and stove-top, microwave, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. We're also well set-up for good waste practice - with compost bins, a worm farm and an easy recycling station.
We’re located just off Courtenay Place, with most buses stopping nearby and we have plenty of free bike parking. There is parking available for loading/unloading & located on the ground floor, we are fully wheelchair accessible, including bathrooms.
We can also provide a data projector and screen, AV system, whiteboards, wireless internet, trestle tables and chairs.
Most of the EcoCentre furnishings are on wheels, so the space is rearranged/disassembled to accommodate you and your guests and create the aesthetic you're after.
You can host up to 120 participants (standing) or 60 participants (seated) at our venue. (16:30 onwards, Mon-Sat) 08:30 onwards, Sunday)
**Daytime hire is available for small groups up to 30, please get in touch to discuss requirements, booking times, costs etc.**
Costs and extras
Venue hire is $100/hour +GST (discounts for not-for-profits organisations available).
Times available for hire; Mon - Sat, 16:30 - 00:00 & Sunday 08:30-00:00
A Standard charge of $100 +GST is applied for cleaners (event dependant)
Optional extras include: Data projector, PA system.
