Delivery
- We use NZ Couriers to deliver around New Zealand.
- Orders are usually processed within one working day and received within three - five working days.
- Please contact us if you require urgent delivery.
- If you are in Wellington, you can pick up your purchase from our EcoCentre at 2 Forresters Lane (off Tory St), Wellington. We are open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 4.30pm.
- We are unable to courier insulation and other large products. These can be picked up from our EcoCentre.
- We are unable to deliver overseas.
- Courier costs are calculated as part of your payment process, unless you pick up your purchase.
Currency
- Prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Refunds
- We honour the Consumer Guarantees Act. If our products are faulty or not fit for purpose, we will replace the product, or refund the cost of the product when it is returned.
- We will refund the cost of delivery if this was part of the purchase price.
- Please choose carefully, we cannot refund for “change of mind”.
