ECT supports the employment of people with intellectual disabilities. In 2014 ECT engaged 6 people to manufacture 60 toilets for a large order. This was a great success with income above minimum wage. ECT hopes to continue this on through 2015.

Also available in Disability model. This toilet is the same as the standard but is higher (460mm) to better enable sitting and standing.

The Disability toilet meets NZ Standards 4121: Design for Access and Mobility, Buildings and Associated Facilities. Section 10.5.6.2.
