Our year in review

The past year has been massive, especially in the world of healthy homes and environmental responsibility.

From ensuring that all rental properties are warm and dry by 2024  –  to becoming a carbon neutral nation – to banning single-use plastic bags  – the Governments focus on healthy homes and environmental sustainability has kept us pretty busy.

Here is a snapshot of our year:

  • we stopped 12 tonnes of e-waste from ending up in a landfill
  • we provided 1097 homes with a total of 118,838m2 of insulation
  • we installed 413 energy efficient heating solutions
  • we provided 2462 sets of curtains to 604 households
  • we completed 266 home assessments for low-income families and gave away 196 mould cleaning kits and 377 sets of bedding.

For more information on what we achieved, check out our 2017/18 Annual Report.
