COVID-19: what we’re doing to protect you and our staff
We’re constantly working on our COVID-19 response and adapting to the changing situation as quickly as we can. We have implemented a number of systems designed to keep you and our staff as safe as possible. Take a look at the highlights below:
We are using rapid antigen tests to screen our assessors, installers and shop staff regularly in an effort to catch any positive cases. We are also randomly testing other members of the team that are office-based.
We have a highly vaccinated team who have all been encouraged to get boosted as soon as they became eligible. Staff were/are able to take time out of their working day to go and get vaccinated/boosted.
Our assessors and installers have a supply of N95 masks and hand sanitiser. They are sanitising before and after each appointment and maintaining a safe distance from customers at all times.
Our shop staff also have masks and are using hand sanitiser/washing their hands regularly.
When we’re booking an appointment for one of our staff in a home, we will ask a series of questions of the occupants to ensure it is a safe as possible for our team to visit.
Providing a healthy and safe work environment for our team is a top priority. We therefore respect the right of our staff to indicate they do not feel safe visiting the home of an unvaccinated customer, particularly in the peak of any outbreak.
If you have an assessment or installation coming up and want to know more, please contact us with your questions.
