Delivery
1) We use NZ Couriers to deliver all over New Zealand. If you prefer, you can pick up your purchase from our office in Newtown, Wellington.
2) We are unable to courier insulation and other large products. Insulation and large products must be picked up.
3) Courier costs are calculated as part of your payment process, unless you are picking your purchase up.
Currency
1) Our prices are listed in New Zealand dollars.
Refunds
1) We observe the Consumer Guarantees Act. If our products are faulty or not fit for purpose, we will replace the product, or refund the cost of the product when it is returned.
2) We will refund the cost of delivery, if this was part of the purchase cost.
